This Yoga and Massage Self-Care retreat promises to be a nourishing experience designed to bring awareness to your mind and body. Using the gentle and powerful ancient Ayurvedic practices of yoga and massage you will learn self-care techniques to support and enhance your well-being.
I will guide you through a gentle yoga practice of asana and pranayama to support your heart chakra. You will learn simple and effective self-massage techniques that will both soothe and stimulate. We will explore self-care wisdom from a variety of disciplines. This retreat will help to calm your mind, revive your body, and lift your spirit.
Our healthy and delicious vegetarian meals are lovingly prepared by our host and include freshly baked cakes with afternoon tea!

Bring suitable clothing and footwear for optional walking to explore the local area. All yoga equipment is supplied but please bring your own if you prefer.
Join me for a lovely Yoga Weekend of self-care in beautiful Exmoor National Park staying in a rustic farmhouse set on the banks of Wimberball Lake in north Somerset.

Bring suitable clothing and footwear for an optional walk around the stone circle after lunch, which will be weather dependent.
