Spring has sprung. It’s time to cleanse, clear out and detoxify. Twist and turn, bend and fold – open up to the new season. Shake off the winter blues and welcome spring after the long winter of darkness and hibernation.
On this yoga day retreat, we will focus on raising our energy with a practice that is uplifting, detoxifying and invigorating, helping us to feel more awake and alive. Experience a yoga day retreat that will include two yoga classes with breathing techniques to cleanse, and asanas to detoxify and energise opening us up to the new season. We will complete our session with a lovely yoga nidra practice guiding us into profound and deep relaxation.
Included in our yoga day retreat is a healthy welcome drink and snack on arrival, a delicious and nutritious vegetarian lunch with dessert and afternoon tea and homemade cake before heading home.
