Preparing for Autumn – Exmoor National Park – 4th – 6th October 2019

Get stronger; stay warmer, grounded, balanced and relaxed to enter the colder months with ease and grace.

The Retreat

As autumn arrives, a transition is occurring around us as the trees change colour, the days are getting shorter and cooler. We can naturally feel more introspective, in need of more sleep and warmer foods.  Yoga is a wonderful tool to help us adapt to these changes and go through the colder seasons with more ease, strength and balance.

This Yoga Weekend Retreat will include lovely yoga practices that focus on keeping your immune system strong, your body balanced and your mind calm and clear. The asanas will be warming and grounding, balancing pranayamas, calming guided meditations and relaxation. We will also learn some basic self-massage techniques to help stimulate and improve circulation using a warming blend of massage oils.

We will enjoy fresh, home cooked meals with freshly baked cakes daily, lovingly prepared by our host. Please let me know if you have any specific dietary requirements when booking. All yoga equipment is supplied.  Bring suitable clothing and footwear for optional walks in the beautiful surrounding countryside.

Join me for this Yoga Weekend Retreat in beautiful Exmoor National Park staying in a rustic farmhouse set on the banks of Wimbleball Lake. A stunning location in north Somerset.

The retreat includes:

2 nights accommodation
Morning and evening yoga practices
Freshly prepared, nutritious meals daily
Morning and afternoon tea with homemade cakes

£295 – Private room – Limited availability
£265 – Twin room – per person with 2 people sharing

All prices are inclusive of accommodation and full board and yoga. Spaces are limited to a maximum of 10 so early booking is highly recommended. Rooms are allocated on a first come basis.

A £75 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit will secure your place.

The balance is due by 31st August 2019.
