Reduce pain, strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, reduce stiffness and improve joint mobility with a regular therapeutic yoga practice. This weekly yoga class focuses on addressing general aches and pains in backs, necks, shoulders, hips and knees whilst calming the mind and enhancing overall wellbeing. Open to all levels. Book a block of 6 or 8 classes and attend over consecutive weeks.
