This Hatha yoga class will typically include static asanas, pranayama, mudras and meditations to relax the mind and challenge the body. You will leave your class stronger, leaner, balanced and more relaxed. Open to all levels. Book a block of 6 or 8 classes and attend over consecutive weeks.
Day: Wednesdays – Online
Time: 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Cost: £58 for 6 weeks or £75 for 8 weeks
