I offer yoga classes, workshops, retreats and professional massage treatments that help to alleviate aches and pains such as back pain, neck and shoulder pain, sciatica, knee and joint pain. Treatments accelerate the healing of physical injuries, de-stresses the mind and body to reduce the symptoms of a range of common ailments. Treatments promote a sense of well being while reducing life’s stresses and tensions, guiding you towards your own unique vitality.
My aim is to facilitate and to promote optimum physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Through powerful, but gentle and nurturing massage treatments using remedial and therapeutic techniques and yoga sessions, my prime aim is to alleviate your pain, improve your stress levels and support your health and wellbeing.
I teach yoga classes and workshops in Swindon and Bristol and run a massage practice in Swindon near the Great Western Designer Outlet Village. I also run yoga retreats in the UK and worldwide. I am available to teach yoga for corporate well being programmes at events both nationally and internationally.
