I offer professional massage treatments, yoga classes, workshops, and retreats that help to alleviate aches and pains such as back pain, neck and shoulder pain, sciatica, and knee and joint pain. Treatments accelerate the healing of physical injuries and de-stress the mind and body to reduce the symptoms of a range of common ailments. Treatments promote a sense of well-being while reducing life’s anxieties, stresses and tensions, guiding you towards your unique vitality.
I aim to facilitate and promote optimum physical, mental and emotional well-being. Through powerful, but gentle and nurturing massage treatments using Therapeutic, Ayurvedic and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi techniques and authentic Indian yoga practices, my prime aim is to alleviate your pain, improve your stress levels and support your health and wellbeing.
My massage practice is based in Swindon and I teach yoga classes and workshops in a variety of locations including Swindon. I also organise and teach yoga days, weekends and week-long retreats and holidays in the UK and worldwide. I am available to teach yoga for corporate well-being programmes at events both nationally and internationally.
